Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, less the $20 processing fee, on all dental savings plans purchased from DentalPlans.com.  Please call 1-888-632-5353 to speak with a :DP AtYourService® team representative  if you choose to discontinue your plan within the first 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days of initial purchase, the DentalPlans.com Refund Policy is as follows:
A member is eligible to receive a pro-rated refund only if a membership is cancelled by DentalPlans.com or one of its Networks for any reason,  or if the fee schedule of the plan you have selected is not honored by at least one participating general dentistry provider in your vicinity.

If your plan auto-renews:  Within the first 60 days of the auto-renewal date, we offer a full refund of the plan price, less the $20 processing fee. Call 1-888-632-5353 to speak with a :DP AtYourService® team representative  for more information. After 60 days from the automatic renewal, the above refund policy applies.If you would not like to have your plan renew automatically, you must set your account to "Do Not Renew."

Members can switch their plan to another plan at any time during their membership. Contact our :DP AtYourService® Team at 1-888-632-5353 for assistance.

Processing Fee: The processing fee is for the standard upkeep & administration of the members area as well as sending your plan information in the mail.

State Exceptions

• Arkansas: Members who cancel a membership within the first 30 days after the effective date of enrollment in the plan will receive a full refund, inclusive of the $20 processing fee.
• Maryland: Processing fee is not applicable for plans sold to residents of the state.
• South Carolina:  Member shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding processing fee (if any), if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials.
• Tennessee:  Members who  have a plan that includes prescription discounts, and who cancel their membership within the first 30 days after the effective date of enrollment in the plan, will receive a full refund, inclusive of the $20 processing fee.

To ensure that a cancellation request is processed, a Member must speak with a :DP AtYourService® team representative  by calling the number on their Membership ID Card.

Refunds and cancellations for dental insurance policies are handled directly by your insurance provider, not DentalPlans.com  Please review your plan’s documentation for details and contact your provider for assistance.
